Hoyt's Old Addresses in Detroit Michigan & WW II era

Hoyt's visit Hoyt's at 6131 Appleline Street, Dearborn, MI - c1944

This photo was taken at Paul & Pauline Hoyt's home on Appleline St. about 1944 ?, as Linda L. Hoyt looks to be 5 years old at the time, she being born in 1939, Jackie F. Hoyt, was already a teen, maybe  at age 15 ??. So this time was during the height of WW II...

Who Is in this photo..
From left to right:
E. Harland Hoyt, Jackie F. Hoyt, Laura (Olson) Hoyt, Geo. Gary Hoyt & Linda L. Hoyt & Roger D. Hoyt (Up Front) , Abbie (Geroy-Rose) Hoyt, Pauline (Mericle) Hoyt, Paul M. Hoyt, Marion Geneva (Metz) Hoyt (E. Harland Hoyt's wife, and Mother of Roger D. Hoyt, (living at Sylvan Lake).

Anyone of our families remember these folks and any stories that might involve the Hoyt's on Appleline and the Owen Hoyt's & Pharmacy in Redford Twp. at 15800-Putitan-St. Owen might have been working (Shipping & Receiving driving Hi-lo perhaps?), all the while, Blanche (Berkey) Mericle was working at the plane factory, at Willow Run at the time. I wonder since they were relatives that Rosies, Owen & Blanche had seen each other through Pauline & Paul?? ( I never asked Blanche about, if she knew that Owen Hoyt had worked at Willow Run, too & any connections?)

Incidentally, The Paul Hoyt's moved from 6131 Appleline St, to 319 Clark St. in Clinton, MI just 1 month before us twins, John & Don were born in 1947. I have the moving slip that shows May, 1947.
